Partner Practice of
St. James's Place Wealth Management

Jayne Dunnett

I have worked within the financial services industry for over 15 years and have worked for various companies throughout the South East during this time. Most notably Charles Conran Financial Services, where in 2006 I managed a team of brokers who, with my assistance, were awarded the Estate Agency of Year Gold award for Financial Services; at the time, CCFS were the smallest firm to be nominated. Since February 2014, I have worked for Douglas Rowe as a Mortgage Administrator and I am currently training to become a Paraplanner and change my focus to pension and investment planning. I am very much looking forward to the new challenges ahead with Douglas Rowe Financial Services and St. James’s Place.

Karis Phillips

I am currently working for Douglas Rowe as the Practice Manager at Douglas Rowe Financial Services.

I have had 10 years’ experience previously working in estate agents with roles varying from negotiating purchases and sales to being estate agency Partner with Halifax. When they closed the estate agencies in 2008, I was re-deployed into the banking side of Halifax where I took on the roles as a cashier then moved on to be a Banking Adviser and had the experience of being the area business Banking Adviser for East Sussex, helping many branches with their self-employed customers. My role gave me the opportunity to reach out to customers helping them to open business accounts that worked well for them and their existing or start-up business.

I wanted to pursue my career in customer care and management, and feel working with Douglas gives me the perfect opportunity to fulfill this wish with it being such a diverse role.

Naomi Shrubb

I have been working with the team now for a short time after a brief career break to raise my 3 young children.

My Background before motherhood was in customer services and I am delighted to be back working amongst clients helping to deliver an effective and personal service.

Away from work I spend my time with my family and a lot of that time playing taxi for my children’s numerous sports commitments.

Richard Bennett

I have over 12 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry having worked within large financial institutions and Private Banking. Spending years meeting the individual needs of clients and delivering exceptional levels of personal service, my skills are fully aligned to join Doug and the team at Douglas Rowe Financial Services.

To help make my transition to Financial Adviser, I was invited to join the St. James's Place Next Generation Academy. The academy’s comprehensive training program provided me with technical knowledge in protection, savings & investment planning, taxation, trusts and retirement planning to gain my qualifications in Regulated Financial Planning.

I pride myself in maintaining strong, long-term relationships, and I am passionate about empowering and educating clients, to take control of their finances in order to give themselves options and the freedom to reach towards their aspirations.

Outside of work I love spending time with my wife and two young children exploring the great outdoors and taking on new challenges to raise money for my chosen children’s charity, The Summers Trust. Set up 10 years ago by my wife and friends, I have climbed, run, cycled and swam in order to raise funds to provide residential activity holidays for children who are in social or economic need.
